Access Options—Export Specifications |

1. Go to the External Data tab and select your Export file type... |
|
2. Type in the full path and name of the destination file... |
|
3. Select your Encode type (for most, if not all, except the default)... |
|
4. If your are going to repeat this Export you should save these steps for use with TransferText or TransferSpreadsheet functions. Note, make sure you are satisfied with your steps there is no option to modify them later. Your only option is to Modify the name or Delete them... |
