Some of the Features include…
1. Will recalculate Approach Type based on button selection 2. Will calculate Land Valuation based on Land Type (Acreage, Front Foot, Square Footage) selected 3. Allows Percentage to be entered, as opposed to decimal 4. Can view Associated Parcel Cards by double-clicking on the Associated Parcel number 5. Will go directly to Property Card on the Internet so you don’t have to re-enter when previewing information online 6. Add reminders (notes) that will show each time card is pulled up 7. When adding to a Property Card will automatically duplicate and append letters 8. Will calculate Effective Age based on Effective Year added |
